The Not-Austin Hoodie, in Blue Moon Fiber Arts BFL Sport- This project is so modified that it bares virtually no resemblance to the pattern as written. Things got so bad between me and it, that it very nearly got frogged. It sat sleeveless for months while I deliberated what to do about it, now that its finally finished I wear it like its a uniform.

California Dreaming– With a Tim Gunn impersonator… This project was supposed be super fast and use up the stash of Cascade 220 but I ran out of yarn twice (TWICE!) and it ended up taking all month while I waited for yarns to ship. I love it. This is as flattering as a striped bulky weight sweater could possibly be, which isn’t much, but you’d be surprised. The project notes from the original post have be updated with the rest of the construction notes.

Solaris, knit with the 11 balls of Noro Cash Iroha the Mister gave me for christmas.

I very nearly ran out out of yarn, how close is too close?

You tell me. Thats about 1 1/2″ of yarn left after sewing the tubular BO.
